The Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Craft Farms, dated December 5, 2016, consolidates and replaces the original Master Covenants and all previous amendments. It does not replace the Supplemental Amendments which implement the individual Village Design Guidelines.

The Revised Bylaws, dated December 5, 2016, are the latest and only applicable version in effect for the Craft Farms Property Owners Association.
