The Estates Village

The Estates neighborhood was established in the year 2002. It is a gated community located at the end of Cotton Creek Boulevard. There are 43 home sites, ranging in size from ½ acre to 2 ½ acres, surrounded by Cotton Creek Golf Course holes 10 through 18. Every property has a golf course view, and many have a lakefront view. The Estates is the only naturally forested area in Craft Farms with pine, oak, and wax myrtles, that attract many birds and wildlife. The residents have retained many of these trees to preserve the natural look. In addition, there are four common areas along Estates Drive adding to the beauty of the area.
