St. Andrews East Village

Saint Andrews East is the smallest village having twenty home sites. The original eleven (11) lots, Phase I, are smaller than the Phase II lots consisting of nine (9) lots. This village is fully built, and the homes consist of one- and two-story designs.
The village has three landscaped common areas and all lots abut a lake. The village is one of several that opt for full landscape maintenance by the Property Owners Association (POA).
