St. Andrews

Saint Andrews was the first Village developed at Craft Farms in the late 1980s. It is a community of 53 single-family homes nestled between the 7th, 8th and 9th fairways of the beautiful Arnold Palmer designed Cotton Creek Golf Course.

One- and two-story house designs have community-landscaped areas throughout the Village. St. Andrews Village lots are landscaped, watered and maintained by the Property Owners Association.
