Prestwick Village

Prestwick Village is a small village consisting of 35 lots surrounded by Cypress Bend Golf Course holes 14 through 17 with a one acre lake in the center. Lots 1-13 (Prestwick Ave.) overlook hole 17, lots 14-27 (Prestwick Circle) overlook holes 14,15 and 16 and lots 28-35 (Prestwick Circle) are lakefront with no golf course view.

Pinehurst Development created this village with the initial plat being approved in 1998.
